To maintain optimum product freshness and flavor, each rectangular filter pack is nitrogen flushed and individually overwrapped. Round filter packs are multi-packaged in a nitrogen flushed “mother bag” with a degassing valve, which allows us to package the coffee immediately after roasting and grinding.
